Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy generally lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please give us a call prior to sending the product back. Original sales receipt or order number must be provided for all returns. We accept returns for exchanges or a refund within 30 calendar days after the product is delivered. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only on items ordered from Auto Best Sellers. Return and Refund Policy

Contact us immediately if the trailer received is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us and if you receive a trailer, and it’s not what you expected or it’s different from what you saw on our website. We will do a refund or you can select a different available trailer. 

Refunds are once your return trailer is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned trailer. Your refund will be quickly processed, and usually a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Some methods of payment take longer than others to process in their systems.
