Return Policy – Horse Trailers & Golf Carts

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted on select new trailers and golf carts within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

• Used horse trailers, used golf carts, and customized units are non-returnable unless otherwise stated in your sales agreement.

• To be eligible, the item must be in unused, original condition, free of any damage or modifications.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Special orders or customized builds

• Units showing signs of use, wear, or modification

• Clearance or “as-is” sales

Exchange Policy

We allow one-time exchanges within 7 days of delivery on eligible new trailers or golf carts, subject to availability and approval. Additional shipping fees and price differences may apply.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable. If the item was delivered, the return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Call us or email within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.

2. Return Approval: Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Ship Back: Return the item in its original condition. We are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

4. Inspection & Refund: After inspection, your refund (Plus fees) will be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your trailer or golf cart arrives damaged or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue—either through repair, replacement, or refund.
